1 Acceptance of Terms条款接受

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise accessing MYRenderHub ("Platform", "we", "us"), you ("User", "Client", "Designer") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

通过创建账户、下订单或以其他方式访问 MYRenderHub（"平台"、"我们"），您（"用户"、"客户"、"设计师"）同意本服务条款（"条款"）及我们的隐私政策。如您不同意，请勿使用本平台。

      Age Requirement:年龄要求：
       You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this Platform.
       您必须年满18岁，或获得父母/法定监护人的同意，方可使用本平台。
    

2 Platform Description平台描述

MYRenderHub is an online marketplace based in Malaysia that connects clients who need interior design rendering services with verified freelance 3D rendering designers ("Designers"). The Platform facilitates project listings, credit-based payments, escrow protection, and order management.

MYRenderHub 是一家总部位于马来西亚的在线交易平台，连接需要室内设计渲染服务的客户与经认证的自由职业3D渲染设计师（"设计师"）。平台提供项目发布、积分付款、托管保护及订单管理服务。

MYRenderHub acts solely as an intermediary. We do not employ Designers and are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of services delivered by Designers.

MYRenderHub 仅作为中介平台。我们不雇用设计师，对设计师所提供服务的质量、准确性或合法性不承担责任。

3 Account Registration账号注册

3.1 Account Types

Client Account: For individuals or businesses that wish to commission rendering services.
Designer Account: For verified 3D rendering professionals. Requires application and approval by MYRenderHub.

客户账户： 适用于希望委托渲染服务的个人或企业。
设计师账户： 适用于经认证的3D渲染专业人员。需申请并经 MYRenderHub 审批。

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@myrenderhub.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

您有责任保管好登录凭据，并对账户下发生的所有活动负责。如发现未经授权的访问，请立即通过 support@myrenderhub.com 通知我们。

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.

您同意在注册时提供准确、最新且完整的信息，并保持个人资料的更新。提供虚假信息可能导致账户被立即封禁。

4 Credits & Payments积分与付款

4.1 Credit System

MYRenderHub uses a credit-based payment system. 1 Credit = RM 1.00 (Malaysian Ringgit). Credits must be purchased in advance ("Top-Up") before placing orders.

MYRenderHub 采用积分制支付系统。1 积分 = RM 1.00（马来西亚令吉）。下单前须预先购买积分（"充值"）。

RM 250 → 250 Credits (no bonus)
RM 1,000 → 1,100 Credits (+10% bonus)
RM 3,000 → 3,450 Credits (+15% bonus)

Note: 注意： Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Bonus credits earned from top-up promotions are subject to the same terms as purchased credits. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except as provided in our Refund Policy. 积分不可在账户间转让。充值赠送的积分与购买积分适用相同条款。积分无现金价值，不可兑换现金，除非符合退款政策中的条件。

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept online banking (FPX), credit/debit cards, and e-wallets as available. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). MYRenderHub is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

我们接受网银（FPX）、信用卡/借记卡及电子钱包等付款方式。所有交易以马来西亚令吉（MYR）计算。MYRenderHub 不对您的银行或支付服务商收取的任何费用负责。

5 Escrow System托管系统

MYRenderHub uses a credit escrow system to protect both Clients and Designers:

When a Client confirms an order, the required credits are locked in escrow from the Client's wallet.
The Designer begins work knowing payment is secured.
Upon Client's approval of the final deliverables, the escrowed credits are released to the Designer.
If a dispute arises, MYRenderHub Admin will review the case and determine the distribution of escrowed credits.

客户确认订单后，所需积分从客户钱包锁入托管。
设计师在付款有保障的情况下开始工作。
客户验收最终交付物后，托管积分释放给设计师。
如发生争议，MYRenderHub 管理员将审查案件并决定托管积分的分配。

      Auto-Release: 自动释放：
      If a Client does not approve or raise a dispute within 3 days of the Designer marking the order as "Delivered", credits will be automatically released to the Designer.
      如客户在设计师标记订单为"已交付"后3天内未验收或发起争议，积分将自动释放给设计师。
    

6 Orders & Delivery订单与交付

6.1 Delivery Timelines

Draft Preview: Within 3 business days of order confirmation.
Final Delivery: Within 10 business days of order confirmation.

6.2 Late Delivery Penalties

Designers who fail to meet delivery deadlines are subject to automatic penalties as outlined in the Designer Agreement. MYRenderHub reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the escrowed credits to the Client if deadlines are not met without valid reason.

未能按时交付的设计师将按设计师协议受到自动处罚。如无正当理由未能按时交付，MYRenderHub 有权取消订单并将托管积分退还给客户。

6.3 Revisions

The number of free revisions is determined by the Designer's service listing. Additional revisions beyond the stated allowance may be charged at the Designer's discretion.

免费修改次数由设计师服务清单决定。超出规定次数的额外修改可由设计师自行收费。

7 Intellectual Property知识产权

Upon full payment and order completion, the Client receives a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the delivered renders for personal or commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Designer.

订单完成并全额付款后，客户获得所交付渲染图的非独家、免版税许可，可用于个人或商业用途，除非与设计师另有书面协议。

Designers retain the right to display completed renders in their portfolio unless the Client specifically requests confidentiality in writing prior to order confirmation.

除非客户在订单确认前书面要求保密，设计师保留在其作品集中展示已完成渲染图的权利。

MYRenderHub's brand, name, logo, and platform code are the exclusive property of MYRenderHub and may not be reproduced without written permission.

MYRenderHub 的品牌、名称、标志及平台代码是 MYRenderHub 的专有财产，未经书面许可不得复制。

8 Prohibited Conduct禁止行为

8.1 Off-Platform Transactions (Strictly Prohibited)

⚠️ ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

All communication, negotiation, payments, and file delivery between Clients and Designers must happen inside the MYRenderHub platform. Conducting any part of a transaction off-platform — including sharing contact details to do so — is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited actions include:

Sharing personal phone numbers, WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, Signal, Line, Viber, email addresses, or any other direct contact method.
Inviting or agreeing to complete work, transfer files, or make payment outside the platform.
Redirecting Clients or Designers to external websites, bank transfers, or cash deals.
Using coded language, image-embedded text, or intentional misspellings to bypass the platform's message filter.

Penalties for violation:

Immediate permanent account ban (both Client and Designer).
Forfeiture of the full RM 1,000 Designer Security Deposit — not refundable under any circumstances.
Forfeiture of all accumulated Credits in the offending account.
Potential legal action to recover platform commissions owed on the off-platform transaction.
Public notice at MYRenderHub's discretion (designer delisting, warning to other users).

⚠️ 零容忍政策

客户与设计师之间的所有沟通、协商、付款及文件交付必须在 MYRenderHub 平台内进行。任何形式的平台外交易（包括为此分享联系方式）均严格禁止。

禁止行为包括：

分享私人电话号码、WhatsApp、微信、Telegram、Signal、Line、Viber、邮箱或任何直接联系方式。
邀请或同意在平台外完成工作、传输文件或付款。
引导客户或设计师前往外部网站、银行转账或现金交易。
使用暗语、图片嵌入文字或故意拼错以规避平台的信息过滤系统。

违规处罚：

立即永久封禁账户（客户及设计师双方）。
没收设计师全额 RM 1,000 安全保证金 — 任何情况下均不予退还。
没收违规账户中所有累积积分。
可能采取法律行动，追讨平台应得的佣金。
MYRenderHub 可自行决定公开通告（下架设计师、警示其他用户）。

8.2 Other Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

Upload or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or violates third-party rights.
Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings, reviews, or promotions.
Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or MYRenderHub staff.

上传或传输诽谤性、淫秽性、欺诈性或侵犯第三方权利的内容。
利用平台进行洗钱、欺诈或任何非法活动。
创建多个账户以操纵评分、评论或促销活动。
尝试入侵、抓取或逆向工程平台的任何部分。
骚扰、威胁或滥用其他用户或 MYRenderHub 员工。

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and/or legal action.

违反上述规定可能导致账户立即被暂停和/或面临法律诉讼。

9 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability免责声明与责任限制

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

本平台按"现状"和"可用状态"提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。我们不保证平台不间断运行、无错误或无病毒。

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, MYRenderHub's total liability to any User shall not exceed the total credits purchased by that User in the 3 months preceding the claim.

在马来西亚法律允许的最大范围内，MYRenderHub 对任何用户的总责任不超过该用户在索赔前3个月内购买的积分总额。

MYRenderHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

MYRenderHub 不对因使用本平台而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失承担责任。

10 Termination终止

MYRenderHub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its Users.

MYRenderHub 有权随时暂停或永久封禁任何账户，无论是否提前通知，原因包括违反本条款或任何被认为对平台或其用户有害的行为。

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused credits (excluding bonus credits) may be refunded subject to our Refund Policy.

您可随时通过联系客服关闭账户。未使用的积分（不包括赠送积分）可按照我们的退款政策申请退款。

11 Governing Law适用法律

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

本条款受马来西亚法律管辖并依据其解释。因本条款引起的任何争议应提交马来西亚法院专属管辖。

MYRenderHub complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

MYRenderHub 遵守马来西亚《2010年个人资料保护法》（PDPA）。
