Your credits are protected by our escrow system. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for orders placed on MYRenderHub.

1 Escrow Protection Overview托管保护概述
MYRenderHub's credit escrow system is designed to ensure you only pay for work you are satisfied with:

Credits Locked

When you confirm an order, the required credits are locked in escrow — deducted from your wallet but not yet paid to the Designer.

Designer Works

The Designer delivers a draft preview (within 3 days) and final renders (within 10 days). You review the work.

You Approve or Dispute

Approve → Credits released to Designer. Dispute → Admin reviews and decides credit distribution.

Auto-Release

If no action is taken within 3 days of "Delivered" status, credits are automatically released to the Designer.

2 Order Cancellation订单取消
2.1 Cancellation by Client

- Before Designer accepts the order: Full refund of escrowed credits to Client wallet. No fees.
- After Designer accepts but before draft submission: Client may cancel with Admin approval. Refund subject to Admin review — typically full refund if no work has started.
- After draft preview is submitted: Partial refund may apply. Admin will assess work completed vs. total scope.
- After final delivery is marked: No cancellation except through the Dispute process.
- 设计师接单前:全额退还托管积分至客户钱包。无手续费。
- 设计师接单后、草图提交前:客户可经管理员批准取消。退款须经管理员审核——通常若尚未开始工作则全额退款。
- 草图预览提交后:可能适用部分退款。管理员将评估已完成工作与总范围的比例。
- 标记最终交付后:除通过争议流程外,不接受取消。
2.2 Cancellation by Designer

If a Designer cancels an accepted order, the Client receives a full refund of escrowed credits. The Designer's account will receive a cancellation flag, which affects their standing on the Platform.
如设计师取消已接受的订单,客户将获得托管积分的全额退款。设计师账户将收到取消标记,影响其在平台上的信誉。

4 Non-Refundable Cases不可退款情况
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

- The Client approved the final delivery (credits released).
- Credits were auto-released after 3 days of no Client response.
- The Client's dissatisfaction is solely based on personal taste or preference, where the Designer followed the provided brief.
- The Client provided incorrect, incomplete, or misleading project specifications.
- The dispute is filed after the 3-day window following "Delivered" status.
- Bonus credits earned from top-up promotions.
- The Client's account has been suspended for Terms of Service violations.
- 客户已验收最终交付物(积分已释放)。
- 客户3天内未响应,积分已自动释放。
- 客户的不满仅基于个人品味或偏好,而设计师已按照提供的简报执行。
- 客户提供了错误、不完整或误导性的项目规格。

5 Dispute Resolution争议解决
5.1 How to File a Dispute

You may file a dispute within 3 days of the Designer marking the order as "Delivered". To file:

- Go to your Client Dashboard → Order History.
- Select the relevant order and click "Raise Dispute".
- Provide a clear written explanation and attach supporting evidence (screenshots, reference files, original brief).
- MYRenderHub Admin will review the case within 3–5 business days.
- 进入客户工作台 → 订单记录。
- 选择相关订单,点击"发起争议"。
- 提供清晰的书面说明并附上支持证据(截图、参考文件、原始简报)。
- MYRenderHub 管理员将在 3–5 个工作日内审查案件。
5.2 Admin Decision

The Admin's decision is final and binding. Possible outcomes include:

- Full refund to Client — deliverable substantially failed to meet the brief.
- Partial refund — deliverable partially met requirements; credits split proportionally.
- No refund — deliverable met the agreed brief; Client's issue is a matter of preference.
- Revision order — Designer must provide specified revisions at no additional cost.
- 全额退款给客户——交付物严重未达到简报要求。
- 部分退款——交付物部分满足要求;积分按比例分配。
- 不退款——交付物达到约定简报要求;客户问题属于个人偏好。
- 修改令——设计师须免费提供指定修改。

Escrowed credits are frozen during an active dispute and cannot be accessed by either party until Admin resolution.

6 Refund Process & Timeline退款流程与时间
All approved refunds are returned as credits to your MYRenderHub wallet, not as cash to your bank account. Credit refunds are typically processed within:
所有获批退款将以积分形式退回您的 MYRenderHub 钱包,而非退回银行账户现金。积分退款通常在以下时间内处理:
- Automatic refunds (e.g. Designer cancellation, late delivery): Instantly to wallet.
- Admin-reviewed refunds (disputes, manual cancellations): 1–2 business days after Admin decision.
- 自动退款(如设计师取消、延迟交付):即时入账至钱包。
- 管理员审核退款(争议、人工取消):管理员裁决后 1–2 个工作日。
Cash Refund Requests: 现金退款申请:
If you wish to convert refunded credits back to cash (MYR), you may submit a cash refund request to support@myrenderhub.com. Cash refunds are subject to a processing fee of 3% and are processed within 7–10 business days via bank transfer. Only credits originally purchased with real money (not bonus credits) are eligible for cash refunds.
如需将退还积分转换回现金(MYR),可向 support@myrenderhub.com 提交现金退款申请。现金退款收取 3% 手续费,通过银行转账在7–10个工作日内处理。只有用真实货币购买的积分(非奖励积分)才有资格申请现金退款。
7 Top-Up Refunds充值退款
Top-up purchases (credit purchases) are generally non-refundable once processed, except in the following circumstances:
充值购买(积分购买)一经处理通常不予退款,以下情况除外:
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same top-up due to a technical error, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate transaction.
- Unauthorised transaction: If you did not authorise the top-up, report it immediately to support@myrenderhub.com along with your transaction reference. We will investigate within 5 business days.
- Platform closure: In the event that MYRenderHub permanently closes, unused purchased credits (excluding bonus credits) will be refunded in full.
- 重复付款:如因技术错误导致同一笔充值被扣款两次,将全额退款重复交易金额。
- 未经授权的交易:如充值未经您授权,请立即通过 support@myrenderhub.com 附上交易参考编号进行举报。我们将在5个工作日内调查。
- 平台关闭:如 MYRenderHub 永久关闭,未使用的已购积分(不含奖励积分)将全额退款。
8 Credit Expiry积分有效期
- Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
- Bonus credits (earned from top-up promotions) expire 12 months from the date of issue.
- Credits in an account that has been inactive for 24 consecutive months may be forfeited. MYRenderHub will provide 30 days' email notice before forfeiture.
- 已购积分在账户保持活跃期间不会过期。
- 奖励积分(充值促销获得)自发放之日起 12个月后到期。
- 连续 24个月未活跃账户中的积分可能被没收。MYRenderHub 将在没收前30天发送电邮通知。
