1 Eligibility & Application资格与申请

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To apply as a Designer on MYRenderHub, you must:

申请成为 MYRenderHub 设计师，您须满足以下条件：

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have demonstrable proficiency in 3D interior design rendering (3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, or equivalent).
• Possess a portfolio of at least 5 completed rendering projects.
• Hold a valid Malaysian bank account for payout purposes.
• Be legally permitted to work as a freelancer in Malaysia.

• 具备3D室内设计渲染的可证明能力（3ds Max、SketchUp、Lumion 或同等软件）。
• 拥有至少5个已完成渲染项目的作品集。
• 持有有效的马来西亚银行账户用于收款。

1. Submit your application via the Apply as Designer page, including portfolio samples and personal details.
2. MYRenderHub will review your application within 5–7 business days.
3. Approved applicants will receive an email confirmation and be granted access to the Designer Dashboard.
4. MYRenderHub reserves the right to reject any application without providing reasons.

2. MYRenderHub 将在 5–7 个工作日内审核您的申请。
3. 获批申请者将收到电邮确认，并获得设计师工作台的访问权限。

2 Designer Status设计师身份

Designers on MYRenderHub are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of MYRenderHub. You are solely responsible for:

• Your own tax obligations and reporting to LHDN (Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia).
• Your own professional indemnity or liability insurance.
• The quality and accuracy of your delivered work.
• Compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws.

• 您的税务义务及向 LHDN（马来西亚内陆税收局）申报。
• 您自己的专业赔偿或责任保险。
• 您交付作品的质量和准确性。
• 遵守所有适用的马来西亚法律。

3 Commission & Fees佣金与费用

MYRenderHub charges a platform commission on each completed order. The commission rate is based on your cumulative completed orders:

MYRenderHub reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' written notice to active Designers.

MYRenderHub 有权在向在职设计师提前30天书面通知的情况下调整佣金率。

4 Payment & Payouts付款与结算

4.1 Credit Wallet

Upon order completion and Client approval, the net credits (order value minus commission) are credited to your Designer Wallet.

订单完成并经客户验收后，净积分（订单金额减去佣金）将入账至您的设计师钱包。

4.2 Withdrawal / Payout

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 100.
• Payouts are processed to your registered Malaysian bank account.
• Processing time: 3–5 business days after withdrawal request approval.
• Withdrawals are processed every Monday and Thursday.

• 款项汇至您的注册马来西亚银行账户。
• 处理时间：提现申请获批后 3–5 个工作日。
• 提现每周周一和周四处理。

5 Delivery Standards交付标准

All Designers must adhere to the following mandatory delivery schedule:

所有设计师必须遵守以下强制性交付时间表：

• Draft Preview (WIP): Must be submitted within 3 business days of order confirmation. The draft must clearly show the spatial layout and lighting direction for Client review.
• Final Delivery: Must be completed within 10 business days of order confirmation, incorporating all Client feedback from the draft review.
• File Formats: Final renders must be delivered at minimum resolution of 3000 × 2000 px, in JPG or PNG format unless otherwise agreed.
• Source Files: Source files (e.g. .max, .skp) are not required unless specifically included in the service listing.

• 草图预览（WIP）：须在订单确认后 3 个工作日内提交。草图须清晰展示空间布局和照明方向，供客户审核。
• 最终交付：须在订单确认后 10 个工作日内完成，并融入客户对草图的所有反馈。
• 文件格式：最终渲染图须以最低分辨率 3000 × 2000 像素交付，格式为 JPG 或 PNG，除非另有约定。
• 源文件：除非服务清单中特别注明，否则不需要提交源文件（如 .max、.skp）。

6 Late Delivery Penalties延迟交付处罚

Failure to meet delivery deadlines will result in automatic penalties:

未能按时交付将自动受到处罚：

• Draft overdue (Day 4–7): Warning issued. Order visible to Admin for monitoring.
• Draft overdue (Day 8+): Client may request cancellation. Full refund of escrowed credits to Client. Designer receives no payment.
• Final delivery overdue (Day 11–14): 10% penalty deducted from Designer's payout. Client notified.
• Final delivery overdue (Day 15+): Client may request cancellation. Full refund issued. Designer's account flagged — 3 such flags result in permanent suspension.

• 草图逾期（第4–7天）：发出警告。订单对管理员可见以供监控。
• 草图逾期（第8天起）：客户可申请取消。托管积分全额退还给客户。设计师不获任何付款。
• 最终交付逾期（第11–14天）：从设计师收款中扣除10%罚款。通知客户。
• 最终交付逾期（第15天起）：客户可申请取消。全额退款。设计师账户被标记——累计3次此类标记将永久封禁账户。

7 Quality Standards质量标准

All deliverables must meet the following minimum quality standards:

所有交付物必须达到以下最低质量标准：

• Renders must accurately reflect the design brief, dimensions, and material specifications provided by the Client.
• Lighting must be realistic and professionally presented.
• Images must be free from obvious artefacts, excessive noise, or watermarks.
• All agreed angles/views must be delivered.

• 渲染图须准确反映客户提供的设计简报、尺寸和材料规格。
• 照明须逼真且具专业呈现效果。
• 图像须无明显伪影、过度噪点或水印。
• 须交付所有约定的角度/视图。

MYRenderHub may require revision or partial refund if deliverables are found to materially deviate from the brief following a dispute investigation.

如经争议调查发现交付物与设计简报存在重大偏差，MYRenderHub 可要求修改或部分退款。

8 Intellectual Property知识产权

Upon full payment and order completion, the Client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the renders. The Designer retains the underlying creative work and 3D model files unless otherwise agreed.

订单完成并全额付款后，客户获得渲染图的非独家使用许可。除非另有约定，设计师保留底层创意作品和3D模型文件的所有权。

Designers must ensure they have the right to use all assets (textures, furniture models, HDRI maps) included in deliverables. Using unlicensed third-party assets is solely the Designer's liability.

设计师须确保对交付物中使用的所有资产（纹理、家具模型、HDRI贴图）拥有合法使用权。使用未授权的第三方资产属设计师的个人责任。

Designers grant MYRenderHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display portfolio samples for platform marketing purposes, unless the Designer opts out in writing.

设计师授予 MYRenderHub 非独家、免版税的许可，用于在平台营销中展示作品集样本，除非设计师以书面形式选择退出。

9 Prohibited Conduct禁止行为

Designers must not:

设计师不得：

• Contact Clients outside the Platform to bypass commission fees.
• Submit work that was not created by themselves (e.g. work generated entirely by AI tools without substantial creative input, or plagiarised renders).
• Accept orders they do not intend to or are not capable of completing.
• Manipulate their own ratings or reviews through fake accounts.
• Share, sell, or misuse any Client's project files or confidential design information.
• Solicit payment outside the Platform's credit system.

• 在平台外联系客户以绕过佣金费用。
• 提交非自己创作的作品（如完全由AI工具生成而无实质创意投入的作品，或抄袭的渲染图）。
• 接受自己无意或无能力完成的订单。
• 通过虚假账户操纵自己的评分或评价。
• 共享、出售或滥用任何客户的项目文件或机密设计信息。
• 在平台积分系统之外索取付款。

10 Ratings & Reviews评分与评价

After each completed order, Clients may leave a rating (1–5 stars) and written review. Designers with a sustained rating below 3.5 stars over 10+ orders may be suspended pending a performance review.

每笔完成的订单后，客户可留下评分（1–5星）和书面评价。在10单以上订单中持续评分低于 3.5星 的设计师，可能被暂停账户并进行绩效审查。

Designers may report reviews believed to be fraudulent or in violation of Platform policies. MYRenderHub may remove such reviews after investigation.

设计师可举报被认为存在欺诈或违反平台政策的评价。MYRenderHub 可在调查后删除此类评价。

11 Account Suspension & Termination账户暂停与终止

MYRenderHub may suspend or permanently terminate a Designer account for:

MYRenderHub 可因以下原因暂停或永久终止设计师账户：

• 3 or more late delivery flags.
• Verified fraud, plagiarism, or breach of this Agreement.
• Sustained low ratings (below 3.5 stars over 10+ orders).
• Off-platform solicitation of Clients.
• Violation of Malaysian law.

• 累计3次以上延迟交付标记。
• 经证实的欺诈、抄袭或违反本协议的行为。
• 持续低评分（10单以上低于3.5星）。
• 在平台外招揽客户。
• 违反马来西亚法律。

Upon termination, any credits in your wallet that have been fully earned (from completed, approved orders) will be paid out within 14 business days. Credits held in escrow for active orders will be returned to Clients.

账户终止后，您钱包中已完全赚取的积分（来自已完成、已验收的订单）将在14个工作日内结算。活跃订单中托管的积分将退还给客户。

12 Governing Law适用法律

This Designer Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

本设计师协议受马来西亚法律管辖。因本协议引起的任何争议应提交马来西亚法院管辖。
